When did you stop feeding your baby infant cereal?
My baby is 8 months today and he is a pretty good eater when it comes to finger foods and recently he hasn't been interested in infant cereal. He would rather feed himself and it isn't quite old enough to feed himself with a spoon (I gave him the bowl and the spoon this morning, but he just chewed on the spoon almost threw the bowl off the high chair lol). I'm just asking out of curiosity because this is my second child and I don't remember with my first.
It was around 8 months, my daughter was like your son, she wanted to feed herself and well...so I let her, i know that they just throw it around for a bit, but 9 months on my daughter eats perfectly with a spoon and fork. She ate mostly with her hands until she was around a year but it was worth the mess.
