Anyone know if a toddler/baby seat fits in a new vw beetle convertible?
I'm going on a trip with wife and 3 year old. Need to rent a car and saw the VW beetle convertible available as a special. WIll a toddler seat fit in the back or should I just be more practical and get a mid/family sized car?
i own a vw beetle convertible and my grandson's carseat does fit in the back. but you need to consider luggage, stroller, and anything else you may need to transport. the trunk has good space but the opening isn't very wide. we get around this by packing in gym type bags that fit in and conform easier. whatever just will not fit goes in the back seat. we drive ours from virginia to missouri every summer and we do fine.
